| Who We Are
Dr. Power is a 1985 graduate of the Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences, where she also was a professor. She later was a post-doctoral scholar at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla., so she is a Gator fan. She and her husband, Chip, have a daughter, Grace, and reside in northeast Fresno.
Among other groups,. Dr. Power is a member of the Madera Rotary Club.
She is assisted by a staff of caring people
